BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children on the autism spectrum in in-Home or daycare settings. The bcba is expected to lead and instruct therapists while applying expert treatment and innovative techniques.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification and licensure, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in aba instruction. A strong understanding of aba techniques and graphing procedures is also required for this position.
