Behavior Technician (BT) – Full-Time Clinic Role (Experienced)

The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis therapy to pediatric clients, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include supporting the development of communication, social, and daily living skills while accurately collecting and documenting behavioral data.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include previous aba therapy experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with children aged 2–14 and lift up to 50 pounds.
