Pre-School Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for leading the educational care and development of a specific classroom by implementing components of qpi, cspp, and head start programs, while supervising instructional assistants. This involves planning and implementing a rich curriculum based on california foundations & frameworks and the creative curriculum, ensuring high-Quality education standards are met (Ecers score of 6+ and specific class scores).

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in early childhood education (Ece) or child development, or a higher degree, along with 24 ece units and the ability to attain a child development teacher's permit or higher. Candidates must also meet physical requirements such as walking, sitting, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
