School Liaison (Full Time, Days)

This role provides essential support to the academic coordinator and department leaders by identifying, supporting, and advocating for appropriate educational resources and services for patients to meet their developmental needs. Key duties include establishing therapeutic relationships with patients/Families, assessing learning needs, adjusting teaching strategies, and providing direct educational support services like assisting with homebound instruction applications.

A minimum requirement is an associate's degree in child development, elementary education, or a related field, along with maintaining an active american heart association bls certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience working with children, alongside strong abilities in adaptability, prioritization, problem-Solving, and professional communication.
