The associate teacher will support full-Time teaching staff by assisting in the classroom and handling grading duties. Additionally, the role involves leading small group tutoring sessions under the direct supervision of teachers.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and are preferred to have teaching certification, along with one year of prior teaching experience. The ideal applicant will also demonstrate energy, an entrepreneurial spirit suitable for a start-Up charter school, and a team-Oriented approach to working with children.
