On-Call Residential Advisor

The residential advisor provides supervision and a safe, supportive environment for job corps trainees in dormitories, monitoring their daily activities and progress toward performance goals using core-Value-Driven practices. This role includes conducting dormitory operations, mentoring students on career success standards, and facilitating life skills groups.

Candidates must effectively relate to the trainee population, possess strong management skills, and be able to inspire and motivate both staff and students while handling multiple priorities. Additional requirements include obtaining and maintaining cpr/First aid/Aed certification and demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
