Barre Instructor PM

The instructor will deliver safe, effective, and inspiring workouts specific to their chosen signature format, providing coaching cues and modifications to support all fitness levels. They must also create a motivating, inclusive, and high-Energy group environment while promoting the brand culture.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, cpr/Aed certification, at least one nationally recognized certification related to the chosen format, and 1+ year of teaching or coaching experience in that area of expertise. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
