Registered Nurse - RN

This role involves providing and coordinating competent clinical care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients undergoing home dialysis training and treatment. The nurse acts as an onsite patient educator and case manager, training patients on peritoneal and home hemodialysis using specialized programs and equipment.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current state licensure and cpr bls certification, functioning as an entry-Level registered nurse with less than two years of nephrology nursing experience. A minimum of one year of registered nurse experience is preferred, along with potential requirements for cap advancement.
