Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will be responsible for developing individualized, evidence-Based care plans for patients and delivering high-Quality, outcomes-Driven therapy. This role involves collaborating with peers in a team environment and building lasting connections with patients and local providers.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Dpt or equivalent) and possess an active georgia physical therapist license or be eligible to obtain one. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as mentorship and structured onboarding are provided.
