Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will be responsible for developing individualized, evidence-Based care plans for patients and delivering high-Quality, outcomes-Driven therapy services. They will also collaborate with peers in a team environment and build connections with patients and local providers.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Dpt or equivalent) and possess an active georgia physical therapist license or be eligible for licensure. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
