Core responsibilities
The coach will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and inspiring workouts specific to their chosen signature group training format, providing necessary coaching cues, progressions, and modifications for all fitness levels. They must also cultivate a motivating, inclusive, and high-Energy group environment while maintaining a professional training space.
Requirements summary
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, cpr/Aed certification, at least one nationally recognized certification relevant to the format, and 1+ year of teaching or coaching experience in that expertise area. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to physically demonstrate and teach their format effectively.
