Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Training Program

The two-Year residency program transitions new family nurse practitioners into clinic practice through a structured schedule including mentored primary care sessions, specialty rotations, and weekly didactic sessions. The second year focuses on a supported transition to practice, allowing residents to slowly ramp up session limits while building patient panels and receiving ongoing clinical support.

Applicants must be family nurse practitioners with 0-6 months of experience or recent graduates (Within the past 24 months) from an accredited fnp program, graduating by may 2026 for the october 2026 cohort. Licensure is not required to apply but must be completed before the start date, and a strong desire to practice in a community health setting is essential.
