EHR Clerical Trainer (Administration-Palatka)

This role involves acting as an applications expert to train end-Users on various software systems, including ehr, and performing employee orientation programs. Responsibilities also include providing level 1 support, verifying correct software use, and conducting regular proficiency checklists for all end-Users.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting and two years in medical billing/Collections. The position requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods and adhere strictly to universal precautions.
