Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting licensed bcbas with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions to help children and families learn new skills effectively. This includes communicating professionally and developing relationships with teammates, families, and patients.

Candidates should ideally have one year of experience in a therapy facility or related field, or be currently enrolled in a therapy curriculum program, with applied behavior analysis experience preferred. Certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) is required or the willingness to obtain it through provided training and supervision.
