Field Nurse

The field nurse provides direct nursing supervision for clients and serves as the lead educator for the hha certification program, assisting the clinical manager in ensuring quality home care. This dual role involves instructing future hhas through classroom and clinical supervision while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Candidates must possess an active registered nurse (Rn) license with a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in home care, long-Term care, or community health. Experience in teaching, training, or supervising aides, along with knowledge of state hha certification requirements, is strongly preferred.
