Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, receiving supervision, and maintaining accurate daily data entry for all patient programs.

Candidates should ideally possess six months of experience as an aba therapist or one year working with children with disabilities/Autism, though this is preferred, not required. Essential requirements include a high school degree, excellent communication skills, a reliable car and driver's license for client commuting, and the ability to pass a background check.
