Parenting Programs Specialist

This specialist plans, organizes, and facilitates parenting education groups using evidence-Based curricula while providing individualized support to help families strengthen parenting skills and improve well-Being. The role involves coordinating community partnerships, serving as a family advocate, and ensuring holistic, faith-Integrated care across mind, body, and spirit.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, or education, along with a minimum of two years of experience in parenting education or family programming preferred. Fluency in both english and spanish is required, along with the ability to obtain various required certifications within the first year.
