Core responsibilities
The orientation and mobility instructor is responsible for planning and delivering individualized instruction for blind and visually impaired clients. This includes conducting assessments, writing instruction plans, and evaluating client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in visually impaired rehabilitation or a related field and must possess or be pursuing coms certification. A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred.
