Physician

Provides reasonable and prudent medical/Surgical care, practices appropriate management, and uses sound clinical judgment based on best practice standards and evidence-Based medicine. The physician provides medical services within the scope of their licensing, training, and credentialing.

Degree from an accredited medical school and documented completion of residency training from an accredited institution are required. Board certification or board eligibility and connecticut licensure are also necessary.
