Co- Teacher Lower School

The co-Teacher collaborates with the head teacher to plan and deliver instruction that is developmentally appropriate, adhering to the curriculum and school mission, while also assuming head teacher responsibilities when necessary. Essential duties include assisting students, monitoring engagement, recording observations, discussing student progress, writing academic reports in language arts, and teaching additional periods in math, social studies, or science.

A bachelor's degree is required for this full-Time position, with a master's degree being preferred. Applicants must be prepared to participate in required professional development, team meetings, and various school functions outside of standard instructional time.
