Core responsibilities
The role involves spending the majority of the day in direct one-On-One patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment, caring for up to two patients at a time. Duties include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment by measuring and recording statistics, making patient observations, and setting up the hemodialysis machine.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be nursing students set to graduate in may 2027 with a gpa of 3.0 or above in the nursing core curriculum, requiring flexibility to travel locally and work in a fast-Paced environment. This program includes a paid 10-Week full-Time training over the summer of 2026, followed by working a minimum of one shift per week as a patient care technician during the senior year.
