Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, adapting it to individual child needs while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and learning. This role involves supporting children's development through structured activities and positive guidance, collaborating with the lead teacher on routines, and communicating progress to guardians.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and previous experience in childcare or youth programs is preferred, along with meeting all state licensing requirements for assistant teachers. Candidates must be able to obtain cpr/First aid certification and actively engage with children, including lifting up to 30-40 pounds.
