  • This position blends high-touch advising, structured evaluation, and conviction-building enrollment support.
  • Graduate Admissions Associate serve as trusted partners to applicants, helping them understand program fit, readiness, and next steps, while also ensuring a smooth and supportive transition from acceptance to matriculation.
  • Advisors may focus primarily on early-stage admissions (prospect through admissions decision) or late-stage enrollment (acceptance through census) based on team needs and individual strengths, while operating under a unified title and skill profile.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
