Lower School Lead Teacher (Grades 1-4)

The lead teacher will collaborate with teaching teams and specialists to integrate rich, developmentally appropriate programming within a reggio-Emilia-Inspired academic framework. Responsibilities include curriculum development, individual student documentation, family communication, and mentoring the assistant teacher if applicable.

Candidates must have over 3 years of experience as a grade lead, co-Teacher, or special education teacher in grades 1-4, with a preference for experience in progressive education and curriculum development. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree in education is preferred.
