Core responsibilities
The lead preschool teacher is responsible for the overall supervision and daily functions of a group of children, assessing their developmental needs on an ongoing basis. This role involves implementing approved lesson plans from the primrose balanced learning® curriculum and planning parent-Teacher conferences and student evaluations.
Requirements summary
Candidates must meet basic requirements of colorado shines pdis level 2+ or possess a cda, as, or bs degree in ece, education, or equivalent. Previous experience in licensed early childhood education, prek, preschool, childcare, or daycare is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
