Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The role involves developing evidence-Based programming based on client data and assessments, while providing direct and indirect training and supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts). Responsibilities also include ongoing family guidance, timely data review, and conducting comprehensive initial intakes and recurring assessments.

Candidates must currently be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or be sitting for the exam within one month, and must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Applicants also need a reliable car and driver's license for clinic commuting, and must be able to meet physical requirements like lifting up to 35lbs and bending/Squatting.
