Floater 2:30- 6:30 PM

The floater is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children while implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p curriculum using engaging characters. This role also involves building relationships with families and colleagues and communicating regularly with parents about their children's achievements.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for education and childcare, with a minimum requirement of six months of professional teaching experience, though one year is preferred. A high school diploma or ged is required, while an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
