The youth advocate will develop partnership strategies, provide direct support, coaching, mentoring, and intervention to increase youth self-Sufficiency and goal attainment, alongside offering individual counseling and crisis intervention as needed. This role also involves providing clinical leadership to multi-Disciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and collaborating extensively with various community providers.

Requirements summary
