SYEP Worksite Monitor

The monitor must visit assigned worksites weekly to check participant progress, collect payroll, ensure participant satisfaction, and verify a safe work environment. Responsibilities also include distributing and collecting necessary program documents and reporting any issues to appropriate personnel.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with a college degree or current enrollment preferred, alongside a passion for youth and community development. Candidates need strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-Paced setting.
