After-School Youth Development Professional (Rayburn) (73080)

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and delivering age-Appropriate activities across arts, education, leadership, health, and sports for youth aged 6-18, while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment. Duties also include assisting with program space cleaning, mandated reporting of abuse, and providing positive guidance and mentorship to groups of students.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, passing a comprehensive background check. While a minimum of six months of prior experience working with youth is preferred, the role requires strong character, maturity, sound judgment, and effective communication skills.
