QualificationsRequires energetic person(s) with a masters degree in nursing education (or considerable work completed), current Indiana licensure for greater than two years, strong skills in teaching and communication, completed Master’s level coursework including but not limited to Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, and Physical Assessment, as well as practice experience for two or more years in medical-surgical nursing, Intensive Care, and classroom. The successful candidate will possess a maturing Christian faith and be committed to an autonomous practice of nursing along with integration of liberal education, global perspectives, servanthood, and community partnerships. Candidates should have belief in and commitment to Jesus Christ and the Christian faith as interpreted through the historic witness of the Bible and the ongoing ministry of the Holy Spirit. They should possess a vitality of Christian experience that is maturing in insight and application. Candidates must meet University lifestyle expectations.
