Rowmark Ski Academy Junior Program Coach

The coach will engage in all aspects of the rowmark junior program, focusing on athlete development and ensuring effective communication within the team. Responsibilities include leading evaluations, overseeing equipment maintenance, and setting performance goals with athletes.

Candidates must have alpine skiing and coaching experience, complete a background check, and undergo safe sport training. A cdl driver's license is also required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively.
