Direct Support Professional (DSP) must live in York, PA

The direct support professional (Dsp) is responsible for providing high-Quality direct services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their safety and promoting their independence. The dsp also manages household operations and communicates effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Additional requirements include a current physical, tb test, and background checks.
