Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders. Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses. Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team. Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements
A valid Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of Colorado and ASHA CCC-SLP Current BLS License Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance Pediatric & supervision experience is preferred
