Summer Swim Instructor (Seasonal, Part-Time)

The instructor will be responsible for providing basic in-Water instruction to students, focusing on water safety, stroke development, and overall aquatic skills in a safe environment. Essential duties also include setting up and breaking down the pool and communicating properly with the supervisor.

Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain certifications including red cross lifeguard training, cpr for the professional rescuer, and standard first aid, though the school may provide this training. Required abilities include knowledge of pool safety rules, hazard identification, enforcing facility rules, conducting chemical testing, and effective communication.
