Community Navigator

The community navigator is responsible for recruiting and engaging with families in south omaha to connect them with the learning community center (Lcc) program and various educational and community services. This role supports the lcc team in empowering parents with skills to improve their home learning environments and serve as better role models for their children.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, and proficiency in both english and spanish is required for this position. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to facilitate group presentations and work independently while organizing time and details effectively.
