BT/RBT - Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

The role involves working directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, applying principles of applied behavior analysis (Aba) to teach them. Responsibilities also include communicating progress to families, tracking session data, and assisting with preparing clinic-Based group activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, along with successfully passing a background clearance. Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with developmental disabilities, and holding the registered behavior technician (Rbt) credential.
