Early Childhood Education Teacher

The early learning teacher is responsible for maintaining a warm, educational, and orderly environment while providing responsive care to children aged 3 months to 8 years, implementing activities to support developmental milestones. This includes utilizing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, integrating a bible curriculum, and tracking children's development using asq-3 screenings.

Candidates must be available to work at the arvada location with shifts potentially ending at 8 pm monday through friday, including two shifts per week ending at 8 pm. Desired qualifications include a child development associate (Cda), an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, and experience with infants, toddlers, at-Risk populations, and child development principles.
