HealthySteps Specialist

The specialist enrolls families into the healthysteps program (Birth through age 3), conducts comprehensive developmental and psychosocial assessments using evidence-Based screenings, and provides individualized clinical interventions during well-Child visits and between visits. Responsibilities also include connecting families to community resources, providing care coordination, and facilitating caregiver groups or educational events.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in early childhood, child development, pediatric clinical setting, infant mental health counseling, or similar experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree (Or 24 months of equivalent experience), bilingualism in english & spanish, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team within a medical setting.
