Behavior Technician, Daycare-Based Morning Hours

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Responsibilities also include supporting the bcba with family training and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and a passion for working with children, along with a reliable work ethic and strong communication skills. Prior experience with children, behavioral challenges, or autism spectrum disorder is preferred, as is reliable personal transportation.
