We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. What You’ll Do As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Providing one-on-one therapy and family support Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant) Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
