The behavior technician will deliver in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in their homes, strictly following intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include diligently collecting and recording data on client progress and actively participating in supervision and training sessions.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for supporting children with special needs, along with reliable transportation for home visits. While rbt certification and active cpr certification are preferred, the willingness to obtain rbt certification within a set timeframe is acceptable.
