Core responsibilities
The specialist will facilitate recovery groups, teaching and supporting participants in acquiring necessary skills like wrap trainings, budget management, and peer support, while also promoting knowledge of available community services and choices. This role involves creating group curriculum, organizing participants, collaborating on resource identification, supporting recovery plan development, and maintaining accurate electronic health records and required documentation.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, along with 2 years of related work experience, which can include internships or volunteer work. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to be certified in first aid/Cpr.
