ECE Core Coach

The role involves providing job-Embedded, relationship-Based coaching to early childhood educators focusing on high-Quality teaching practices, curriculum implementation, and staff wellness through structured practice-Based coaching cycles. This includes shared goal setting, focused observation, reflection, feedback, and action planning, while maintaining a non-Supervisory partnership with teaching staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree in early education or related fields preferred, alongside demonstrated success working with diverse families and experience in professional development facilitation. Essential abilities include quickly establishing trust, effective group facilitation, strong project management, and cultural awareness regarding race and equity issues.
