Youth Development Professional -Summer Temporary

The summer youth development professional is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising engaging summer activities and events, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for members. This role involves coordinating program services, providing positive behavior guidance, maintaining program quality, and handling daily operational duties like setup, cleanup, and facility upkeep.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of one year of experience working directly with school-Aged youth, including knowledge of youth development principles. Essential requirements include the ability to plan and lead activities, manage behavior, maintain records, communicate effectively, and possess the physical stamina to be active for at least five hours daily.
