Senior staff trainer

Responsibilities include conducting various orientations and specialized trainings like scip and cpr, and facilitating in-Person, virtual, and hybrid programs across the organization. The role also involves developing and maintaining training curriculum, manuals, and competency assessments aligned with regulatory standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of training experience, preferably in the intellectual/Developmental disabilities field. Strong abilities in group engagement, curriculum design, and proficiency with technology like ms suite and lms systems are required.
