Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

The role involves leading by example and guiding behavior technicians through effective supervision to ensure reliable and high-Fidelity implementation of treatment plans. Responsibilities also include conducting fbas, developing innovative aba programs, continuously evaluating client needs, and providing parent education.

The primary requirement is certification as a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) with the behavior analyst certification board (Bacb). This position is also subject to a criminal background check, tb test, pre-Employment physical exam, and required immunizations.
