Job description

  • Miami Lakes Athletic Club is a 48,000 sq. ft. facility that offers a variety of exercise and workout equipment suitable for any level of athleticism.

  • Youth sports offers opportunities to play in leagues throughout the year.
  • Because programs are so large, we register participants one to two months in advance.

The Summer Camp Aide will be responsible for the safe and efficient check in and check out of campers on daily basis. They will also assist with the distribution of camper meals at lunch time, organization and maintenance of all camp records and files, and any other clerical tasks assigned to them.

  • Maintain accurate, organized camper attendance records.
  • Follow and adhere to all safety, health, and disinfecting policies and guidelines.
  • Keep accurate attendance logs, check identification upon camper pick up, and follow all policies and procedures.
  • Report any issues or problems immediately to the Camp Director

Qualifications

  • must be able to communicate in both writing and verbally.
  • must be able to communicate schedule conflicts with supervisor.
  • must be able to remain calm in a stressful atmosphere.
  • Must pass CPR/AED/1st Aid certification by an approved provider within 30 days from original date of hire and maintain while employed.
