Support Worker

The role involves working directly with youth during sleeping hours and morning routines to provide a safe and predictable environment. Responsibilities include promoting growth through education and motivation, conducting safety checks, de-Escalating crises, and following all program processes consistently.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least twenty-One years old. Applicants are required to pass federal and state background checks, a non-Communicable diseases physical exam, and a drug test, along with demonstrating basic computer proficiency.
