Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work directly with clients delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions as designed by supervising behavior analysts. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 direct aba treatment, supporting caregiver training, and accurately collecting data to monitor client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
